Admissions Requirements

Successful applicants will be educators who can lead schools and/or students to success and who already hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. In addition, applicants will be screened and selected based on the following:
• Satisfactory GPA from previous college experience
• Experience, goals, and successes in education
• A summary of their understanding and passion for Strengths-Based Education
